ABA Home Programs

ABA therapy applies the understanding of how behavior works to real situations. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning.

ABA therapy programs can help:

  • Increase language and communication skills

  • Improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics

Consultations

The BCBA will consult with the parent/caregiver to provide strategies and education to help the parent learn to modify how they are parenting to yield positive results.

Behavior Modification Programs

A qualified and trained behavior analyst (BCBA) designs and directly oversees the program. He/she customizes the behavior modification program to each learner's skills, needs, interests, preferences and family situation.

The BCBA will start by doing a detailed assessment of each person’s skills and preferences. They will use this to write specific modification programs.
